Magix PC Check & Tuning 2011?

Has anyone checked this one out?

It seems to be a pretty good program from what I've read on it.

i am using it. it works very well and is complete program

I gave it a try and it is just bloatware, it takes 4 to 5 minutes just to launch.
It adds itself to your system startup which takes your system an additional 5 minutes to boot.

I really don't like Magix products. They appear to offer nice freeware but everything I have tried of theirs just ended up being bloated, crippled nagware.
