Are these programs spyware?

Does anybody know if these two programs are possible spyware or something worse? pstores.exe & stimon.exe they're found in my windows system folder. Thanks.

Googled it,

stimon.exe is a still image editor - usb scanner ect. windows 98s & me and pstore.exe Microsoft Protected Storage Server
