What do u think of bsf?

When I check Autorun of sysinternals...this bsf try to run on the log-on.I suspect this was downloaded from some site(don't know if it is a malware or spyware) and try to start everytime I start my pc. I just untick it using Autorun to prevent it from starting.

Locate it, upload to VirusTotal to see what it comes up with. Then take actions against the file if it's malicious.
