do you mean a commandline version for all the commands or do you mean a dos scanner?

Probably not - yes we could create one, but under DOS you can't see NTFS partitions anyway so you wouldn't be able to scan any files unless they were on FAT partitions. Also, there hasn't really been any requests for a DOS scanner ...
