Have you tried the Eset support options on their site? :)

To install NOD32 on a Novell server, just download the SFX archive from our website, extract it to the disk and then copy the extracted files to the server. Subsequently, you can, for instance, load amon.nlm (load sys:\nod32\amon.nlm) or nod32 scanner (load sys:\nod32\nod32.nlm sys:). To update NOD32 for Novell, you need to create a mirror using the admin version of NOD32 for Windows, put it on the Novell server and run "nod32upd.nlm [mirror_dir] -update" to perform update.

Thanks Paul, but I have sent an email to support.
Marcos, that's what I don't understand. We have the admin version of NOD32 and we created a mirror, but under the setup all we have for options is for WIN95/WIN98 and WIN2K/XP. How does the netware server know how to get the update from an XP machine? Maybe an example would help. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian
