Do you have more than one OS installed?
More than one user account?
Have you installed any software lately?
What OS are you using?
Is the blue screen the BSOD or is it different?
Is it asking you to select OS on the blue screen?
Have you uninstalled any software or OS lately?

Looks like there's still a reference in the registry for AdAware's LBD Service and the LBD.sys file has been removed. Have you had AdAware installed at some stage?
