Autoupdate for PCs on different networks

Is it possible with a license for 3 PCs to get 2 PCs auto-updated at home and the other updated when at home OR when in use at another network (for example when my son is back at University/different town).

Absolutely. :)

A 3 PC license will work on 3 PCs, regardless of their location(s).

Additionally, AutoUpdate will work fine on PCs that have intermittent network connectivity (for example: netbooks / laptops that travel frequently) - it'll wait until an Internet connection is available before trying to update.
