I have deleted mine and everything works normally.
Anyway I uploaded it to
http://www.virustotal.com/
and it seemed not dangerous ::)
It is a file that "appeared" in my installation directory at the beginning of this week (as already said in this other thread http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=286061 )

It is a reminder for those with trial version installed that they should update to v4 as updates for the trial version v2 will end with the end of the year 2010.

And when will updates for v 2.7 registered version end?
Is there a specific thread about the end of the life cycle of version 2.7?
