serial number

hi!

i purchased look'n'stop yesterday and got my serial number. my problem is, that i have to enter this number everytime i start look'n'stop. otherwise, application filtering won't work.

any help?

Hi,

Try the following:
- enter the serial
- exit Look 'n' Stop
- restart Look 'n' Stop
- go to the register tab

Is the serial there ?

I suppose Look 'n' Stop never exit properly and this explained why the serial wasn't written in the registry.
