After formatting and getting selected updates which don't include MSN messenger, the program loads, opens three ports and can only be killed for a minute before coming back. Since XP won't let me delete it(I'd like to know how to delete Outlook also) I rename it solving that problem but creating another. After I do this Windows Media Player says I have no hardware. When I reinstall messenger it works again. Suggestions?
