C:\Windows\System32>taskkill /f /im egui.exe
ERROR: The process "egui.exe" with PID 2268 could not be terminated.
Reason: Access is denied.

Why three posts?????

You can't kill the process, that is by design.

This is not possible. What's more, egui.exe is nothing but graphic interface and is not responsible for scanning whatsoever. As I have already asked before:

ok i know where is the problem
the problem was with my isp
they blocked it with their "safenet" or whatever it called
You are trying to access a restricted web site:
cur.cursors-4u.net

The file oth519.ani is on the Known Vandal Files List.
how da hell could ani file be one of an vandal files list??

Last year I ran into the same problem. The culprit was the web protection. Something related to 7zip compacted files. Is that your case?
