Recover mbr in W7 preload

Hi, I have been looking for a way to recover the mbr sector in W7 on a PC that comes with a preloaded OS (I do not have the W7 installation disks).

I have Paragon Pro 10 installed on W7.

I have been reading some other posts and it looks as though I have to go to another software vendor to get a repair CD created. Am I misreading this?

Hi Emmjay,

You can run off the Paragon Linux based recovery cd from within the program.

You can download the Winpe recovery cd from your Paragon account.

You can also create a windows 7 repair cd from within windows itself - type create in start search box, click "

Create a system repair disc". It contains Win 7 own automated startup repair functions.
