Just uninstalled this horrible Kaspersky trio of products which were not working too well with my SBS 2003 server and I am pleased to report that the Mail Security 4 is working fine.
The ones I have tried were:
1. Trend Micro Worry-Free Advanced.
2. Avast for Exchange. (still has entries to be removed in system - don't know why!)
3. Kaspersky 5.5 for Exchange | Kaspersky AV 6.0 for servers (still has entries not removed) | Kaspersky Admin 6.0 (which never intalled properly anyway!)
Ones I downloaded but did not install:
4. Symantec Protection Suite Advanced Business Edition Trial. (might be next if this fails us)
5. F-Secure's product for mail server (will be the second after Symantec if the Eset product fails..)
Announcement about the recent build and comparability with SBS here: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=277547
My other recent comments in another thread: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=274016
I had asked the sales guy whether we required a separate AV product to protect the server, but he said that he thought that this was the only one we would need.
It has a smaller memory footprint than the K AV, so this is good!
Will update further as we proceed, if there are any problems...
