spybot update trouble

I can 't update spybot on one of my computers. I assume I have a proxy error. however I can't fix it, because I no longer have the settings option in my toodbar. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Click on Mode >> then Advanced and the settings should come back.
