MaC Scanner - no hostnames anymore :(

Hello, in my first run of Colasoft MAC Scanner, and searching for mac's - it displays the hostnames of 30-40% of the results on the scan. But the second and third and fourth and etc.... it's not displaying the hostnames anymore. Why is that? What can I do to display them ? Thank you, hope to answer soon ;) Greetings from Bulgaria.

Please check your selection of the Local Subnet combo box on the top. Make sure you scan the right subnet. :)

excuse me, but maybe i'm doing it wrong, can you do it on my pc with Team Viewer? I'm newbie of using the Colasoft MAC Scanner.
