Font Download?

Can anyone point me to a functioning download of ITC Avant Garde LT Condensed Medium ttf? I have sites like eagle fonts which I do indeed check, but upon download, the ttf is not present, just what seems to be an empty file.

Is that font free or does it have to be purchased from somebody like Linotype Library GmbH?

Everywhere I have looked for it, I have been able to download it. Here is a link. http://www.fontyukle.com/en/1,ITC+Avant+Garde. I have been able to download from here before, but now all i seem to get is an empty file.

Actually, it is "ITC Avant Garde Gothic LT Condensed Medium", but -

However, after a search that took whole 5 secs, I was able to download the font from the other site. I won't post the link to a paid font, google it.
