Is there a standby command line for winxp?

I'm looking to put a desktop shortcut for standby on my computer (and a few friends) does anyone know of a command like that will put a computer to sleep (standby)?

Thanks. My friend was bugging me about this and I told him to just click the start/ turn off compuiter/ standby. He started doing that and now he said it takes to much time. Also told him to set up his computer to do and auto standby (control panel/ power options and put system standby at any time he wanted to set it at). He said he did that and the system won't go into standy. So I'll send to try instant sleep. Thanks again Bigc.
