Seems this person has shown DLL ASLR status in what seems to be Windows Explorer. Anyone have any ideas how? :)

That tool shows ASLR status of the executable file, not exactly what I was looking for, although I do use it regularly. :)

press Ctrl+D (show dll) click on exe that interests you and add aslr column (via select columns)?
