Spyware Dr with Anti virus problem?

Hi
I have the latest version with all guards activated and it won't even block downloading an eicar text file..only detects it as a virus after i manually scan the file...It's the only anti virus I've ever had that will let youi down load a virus test file unless its a zip file..

anyone else experience this????

Which Dr.Web version you have? Version 6.0 does detect it with default settings.
