pw problems

i have been using nod for 18mths or so & i just paid for another 2yrs in late march and all has been ok but this week i have to copy & paste my pw in every time i need to update & then its all ok until the next update and i have to do the same procedure.
i have tried deletintg pw/username and typing it in manually but the same problem occurs. any clues?

Hi drewm,

Try opening the NOD32 Control Center, click 'Update' > 'Setup' and then check that your Username and, more importantly, your Password are entered in correctly.
