Any online trojan file checker?

are there any online trojan files checker? to check whether a suspicious file is trojan? like that like provide by antivirus.

I have heard of two:

1. www.trojanscan.com (never used this one and it may put adware in your system, not sure. Best to wait for experts to comment)

2. www.pestscan.com (by Pest Patrol- it doesn't say it detects trojans, but their product Pest Patrol does and i would think the scanner would as well)
