i am using the spywareblaster and i like the feature that tells me that i have the latest loaded when i turn on my pc, is it not possible to also have some kind of notification running in the system tray that says that it is "on" like my firetrust benign,avg v.7.0and trojan hunter?

Spywareblast is a one time usage.

Once you've run the program once and secured your pc there's no need for it to continue running.

Now afterward check back once a week to check up on updates and run spywareblaster again if there was an update done to have the latest applied.
