TH" }-The IE8 comes in 2 flavours at WIN 7 64bit, one 64bit of course but also 32bit, latter the standard browser perhaps due to compatibility with say adobe flash e.g.

the post is thus correct, WIN 7 64bit and IE8 32bit. and the screenshot is from Outlook 2010 64bit, if that matters

For compatibility reasons you can use 32 or 64Bit IE on 64 Bit Windows.

That's fine you are just alittle vague when you are supplying info as I read your other posts and I'm trying to collect the most info I can to help you and also to help Joe when he comes around! ;)

Can you use both on Win 7 64bit? As I will be adding Win7 64bit as a duel boot on my system to get familiar with it!

Both, the 32 and the 64Bit version, are ready to use right after installation of Windows 7 64Bit. For extensions this is handled differently, for Java for example you'll have to download and install the 32 and 64Bit versions seperately.
