PM 11 Professional download

Purchased PM 11 Pro last Friday - unfortunately download link is to V10 - not V11 - how do I obtain the product I paid for, PM V11 pro?

In My Account folder for PM V11, I have the same file as that listed in my PM V10 folder - have purchased both products - to download V10 and not V11

I have the same issue. If I try to install the download it gives an error about not finding the version 10 build.

so you have PM11 install but it requires PM10? Install PM10 first then maybe the other file is an update

To anyone who is still having trouble with this, please uninstall PM10 before installing PM11, unlike most of our other software, these two packages will not install on the same system together, we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
