my credit card was declined to purchase a renewal for my eset nod32 antivirus.
yet your bloody company has just billed my credit card 3 times for 29 dollars. i tried to purchase i was declined i tried to correct any possible errors in billing info i was declined again. now im missing nearly 80 bloody dollars.

what the hell?

If you purchased it from a reseller contact them to solve this issue. If you ordered it directly from ESET contact sales (http://www.eset.com/support/contact#) or wait for a moderator to help you out. I'm sure you will get your money back!

awesome nearly a week later and you bloody theives have yet to return my money or respond to me.still missing nearly 90 dollars.
