4.2.42.0 Web Access Protection stopping all browsing

Testing the latest build on a clients machine.. XP SP3 on a QuadCore Q9400...

When Web Access Protection is enabled, even tho IE and Firefox is selected as the browsers it makes browsing PAINFULLY slow.. Im talking 5 minutes to pbring up ESPN.com.. I disable it, it comes up immediatley...

Anyone?

Its actually the HTTP Scanning module.. If i leave the Web Access protection on it only works fine if i turn off the HTTP Scanning.
