SpywareBlaster Doesn't Run

I have downloaded SpywareBlaster and installed it. The problem is, it doesn't run! When I click on the icon, nothing seems to happen. Previous Versions of SpywareBlaster worked on my PC. When I Press Ctrl Alt Del it shows spywareblaster in the background, and when I click End Task, I says its not responding! Help!
