I suspect you may need to re-apply your license key if you've installed the Facebook version. If it still doesn't work, could you PM me your license key so that I can analyze the key?

I have 2 admin account in my Windows XP
I installed PrevX on the main admin account.

then the other admin account (which is under SuRun) is supposed to have PrevX too... yes I found PrevX there but there is no license.

can you give me another PrevX FB license?

If you have one installation of Prevx on your PC, it will automatically cover all user accounts with the same license so you shouldn't need another separate license :)
