how to do that than to scan a particular file, one file go to quarantine, and restore I and again go to quarantine, show that virus, but no virus is.
How to do that this file will be neutral?

If you are sure its a false positive submit the file to the virus lab - How to submit virus or potential false positive samples to ESET's labs (http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN141)

In the mean time you can exclude the file from being scanned (http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2153).
