I tried running this app, but the process terminated as soon as it start up. I am running Vista, on a 2Ghz machine. Can anyone help?

Then while you may well have an OpenGL client in place (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa477537.aspx), I doubt the author had any intention for Vista. E-mail'em, ask.
