I had a prior version of SpywareBlaster and my Win XP Pro OS was working fine, but after I installed SpywareBlaster 3.0, my folder properties freezes up my system.
I ran a virus/spyware check and my system is clean. I keep up to date on all OS critical updates. This problem occured after the install. I can "right-click" on any file and I'll get the commands that I can do with the file, but when I do the same with any directory, the system freezes. I have the same problem when I highlight a folder and click on the "File" menu in windows explorer. Does the new version of SpywareBlaster put something in the menu shell that might prevent the "drop-down" menu from showing on my folders? I tried uninstalling the program, but the problem still persists....HELP!!!
