Could be, depends. If it's from PARETOLOGIC then it's not actually malware, but search around the web and you'll find lots of bad reviews.

I only posted a screenie of Regure's GUI from their website, so CiX and others could correctly identify it, to warn them. As it's Rogue i wouldn't have thought it mattered, as they can take a hike ;D
