Hello ESET,

I am having at the moment problems with renewing of my licence at the Dutch reseller Spicylemon ( hxxp://www.spicylemon.nl , replace hxxp with the obvious right one).
My licence of NOD32 is expiring in a few days, so I need a new one.
But when I fill in my current username and password in the form at the Spicylemon site, that site tells me that I cannot renew with those username and password; see screenshot which is of course in Dutch. That looks to me very strange..... I have made sure that I did copy and paste the right ones.

So, I need your help, ESET !

Thanks in advance !

Sorry folks, but I give the thread a bump ....
I have been a NOD32 user from before the time this board was started at all.

I do hope that the issue is not related to
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=262903
in which I tried to discuss this exact issue with agoretsky but maybe we didn't understand eachother.

I suggest sending a e-mail to support@nod32.nl explaining you get a error when trying to renew your license. I'm sure they will help out with the situation.

Thanks Brambb (bedankt Brambb) !

I have sent them an email. Sofar only an automatic responce.

It seems so strange to me that I can get my daily definition updates with my username and password, but I cannot renew my licence using that same username and password. Very strange ???

Well, it looks like it has been fixed :)

I had contact with NOD32 NL / Spicylemon. They fixed something for me.
I bought a renewed licence today (well, actually yesterday here in The Netherlands). I just put my new username and password in my NOD32, and I was able to update my definitions. So all seems to be fine. One happy user here ;D
Thanks to all here and behind the scenes !! :thumb:
