Failed to enable system safe.

Hi,

Have installed RVS 3.1.7704.5170-REL after uninstalling RVS 2008. Getting "failed to enable system safe" if I try to enable with the enable button. Also can not click the link "shutdown and restart the computer now". If I click "enable system safe when I start Windows" and reboot manually, system safe comes on and "shutdown link" is clickable. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.

Machine is IBM Thinkpad T41 - Windows XP SP3, fully updated 1.6GHz, 512 RAM

Your suggestion worked. Simply "uncompressing" the hidden c:\returnil folder did the trick. Returnil comes on like a charm. Thanks
