I would cancel my prevx account. How can I do?

Infact, I'm able to view my data (name, surname, email and so on ) but not able to modify them. This is the message: Comment: As a safety precaution you may not change the master admin logon rights. Why?

I've sent my request at prevx support and they have unregisterd my subscription. The question is: All my data will be erased or not?
