Can't Enable System Safe, just a msg saying it failed.
Already e-mail tech-support, but got back a message saying a support ticket opened (#817003) on January 2 and have heard nothing back.
1. It's unclear whether I should post here or reply to that support ticket e-mail.
2. How quickly should I hear something back? Wondering if I might have gotten lost in the cracks due to the holiday season
3. Wanting to try completely uninstalling Returnil 2010 Home Lux (build 6778 ) and then reinstall. Any procedure or tool that provides total removal?
4. Only clue to the problem is XP's Event Viewer reports error from RVSystem:
