Event Warning - Invalid Username and Password

I see the following in my ESET Remote Administrator Console.

Last Event Warning - Invalid Username and/or Password

Under the Client Name, the clients are in Orange color. Some are in red and some are in green. Those with the Orange colors are the ones which has the above event warning.

Under Protection Status it shows - Recent Update attempts failed.

Do those clients download updates from the mirror created by the ERA server? If so, do they update via http or shares?

I am new to ESET products. I am not sure where I would go and check whether the clients are getting the updates from the ESET server here or directly from ESET site.

Where can I go check this in the REMOTE ADMINISTRATION CONSOLE?
