XP Pro Recycle Menu Properties Has Unusual Entry

I'm working on a computer and I noticed the Recycle Bin has the word, 'cut' in the menu, not sure where it came from.

How can I edit, remove it?

Awesome I love seeing things like this.

Some problems like that may be due to a bad context menu handler. To save typing I googled that and found this (http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm).
