Registration problems

Hi All

I am having a registration problem. I bought a copy of the NOD 32 program for my old computer and I loved it. I just finished building a fancy new computer and bought another copy of the software for my second computer, but when I try to download it using the username and password sent to me in my purchase email the little username/password window keep flipping back and asking me for my passord again--what to do?

Did you purchase from ESET or a reseller?

Hello machie,

If copying and pasting, make sure that an extra space is not copied. Also, formatting can slightly vary depending on your email provider which will cause the copy and paste to not work. Have you tried typing in your username and password? They must be exactly the same as seen from your email and are case sensitive. This information may be redundant but it will on occasion help.
