Icons not loading in task bar

Running the Deluxe Version of 2010 on one PC together with some other programs I notice that since installing RVS booting up takes a lot longer. While I am happy to wait a minute or two, I often notice that with RVS enabled other programs task bar icons do not show. I can check in task manager that my AV ( A squared) is running or Scotty (Winpatrol) is on duty but they don't show up in the task manager. This means you cannot really access these programs easily. Is that a known issue and any advice on how to deal with it?
Even if I did not need these progs, I like to see what is running.

If you deactivate RVS virtualization - do the Icons show properly? If yes, do they then disappear as soon as the virtualization is activated or only if you keep virtualization on following a restart?
