Update Error Help

[classic_phone]

I keep getting the following error message during nod32 update:

Cannot replace the current file. Check the system TEMP and TMP variables.

I have make sure the following files exists:

C Drive> Windows> Temp

C Drive> Documents and Settings> (User Name) XXXXXX> Local Settings> Temp

i have no idea how to solve this problem.

any helps?

I'm also have a problem in updating now. As far as I read your problem when installing update but mine when downloading update.
