Online Armor locking PC?

After upgrading to 4.0.014 of PA premium I keep getting this message suddenly and cannot access ANY file on the PC, though I can continue surfing the Net.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You do not have appropriate permissions"

Shutting down OA immediately makes this go away. Any idea why this is happening? i have all perissions set to full control.

If you are having troubles then perhaps it would be a good Idea to go to the OA forums if you havent already
