Most ISPs filter spam, not important.

Depends on your mail provider ( their filtering and inbox size ). Regardless there are also quality free AS tools available. ( SPAMfighter (http://www.spamfighter.com/), MailWasher (http://mailwasher.net/), SpamTerrier (http://www.agnitum.com/products/spam-terrier/index.php)and many more )

So when picking a suite, AS is probably not high on the agenda for people who know how to use Google and/or Softpedia.

yeah, as said most ISPs and web based email providers, as well as email clients already use efficient spam filters. But if you really wanted to make that extreme, I would suggest (not really recommend, it's not a tool for everyone) Spamihilator: http://www.spamihilator.com/

In a security suite? It's not important at all, since I don't use an email client.

I am lucky, I seldom don't get spams, so I don't need this function.

Since you're fishing for opinions I'll share mine. I use gmail webmail via IMAP and they have a very effective spam filter. As a result I have no need for anti-spam in an internet security suite. If you receive a lot of spam that is not filtered before it hits your email client then you may need a anti-spam capabilities. Otherwise switch to Thunderbird which has an integrated junk filter.

Gmail here too. One of the best spam filters IMO, attachments are scanned for malware and executables are not allowed; highly recommended.

you might consider excluding the spam folder in Gmail from IMAP (can be done easily from the web interface, when advanced IMAP settings
are enabled, using a "lab" feature. If you don't want to do that, at least set the spam folder to download just headers in the client.
