Device driver backup?

Whats the best, ideally free software to backup and optionality restore drivers to Win XP (and again, ideally Win 7)? I need to do a laptop build in a few weeks and don't fancy trying to re-find all the drivers!

I seem to remember DriverrMax being a pain to use. I think you had to register it on every machine you install it on and that didn't always work well. Unless they've changed it now?

Just found DriverBackup 2 which looks quite nice although not tested it yet:
