Anti-Execute function

Hi

In another thread Coldmoon mentioned something called the Anti-Execute function that will only allow programs to execute in safe mode if they already exist on the system partition.

Is this the button marked 'trust programs from real disk only' on the Virus Guard tab?

If not, could somebody let me know where to find it. It sounds really interesting.
