Kerio personal firewall

I downloaded kerio personal firewall. Its ok at first but after a while it freezes until after I reboot. Also when I shut the computer down a box comes up saying that kerio personal firewall is not responding so I cannot shut down properly.

Any suggestions? ;D

Uninstall Kerio, close all running/open programs and re-install Kerio.

Normally that will do the job.
