I have been trying since Sunday to get my password emailed to me but I have had no response at all, is there a problem with Eset support?

If you purchased through www.eset.com, you should be able to get your license details emailed by filling in your username or registration email address here (http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php). If you purchased the license through a local distributor/reseller, you should contact him directly.
