ummm... well that's what i did first time when prevx flagged xerobank....and the issue was resolved....supposedly... so now going through the same process again is a bit nonsensical.....but it seems posting issues here is not taken well here so no more posts from me regarding prevx here anymore...

I wasn't trying to say not post here at all but if you Have FP or other file problems keep working with support until it is fixed properly and if you have a problem with support then post here your complaint!

I suspect they've just released a new version which may invalidate the fix from before (or your heuristic settings are set on High/Maximum which will automatically flag new versions intentionally). If you could send us another scan log to report@prevxresearch.com, it will allow us to correct the FP :)
