Is there any way to convert from *.cscpkt to *.cap? I am using Colasoft Packet Builder V1.0 (Build 151) and I can select ONLY *.cscpkt at export option.

Yes. Colasoft Packet Builder cannot convert the format.
You can download Capsa to finish the conversion. Please refer to following link to download Capsa.
