Software Requiring Reboot

Hi All

It is some time since I played with Returnil. I know that they are going in a number of directions at the same time, including anti-virus.

What I want to know as I am sure others do, is have they achieved the holy grail? That is, can one install software that requires a reboot and then discard it later from its virtual environment if its not required?

Hi Terry,
No, RVS does not yet support the continuation of virtual sessions across restarts. We have plans to include this in a future build/version but there are other feature sets that must be completed first:

1. Damaged/corrupted/infected system file restore
2. Multi-state restore
